The Offshore Construction and Diving Division (OCD) of OMC is a full service marine and diving service provider operating in the Gulf of Mexico. OCD has a commitment towards excellence and efficiency. Achieving this commitment requires thinking, acting, and safety oriented behavior and actions placed above all else.
